Pleased with Quality
We are pleased with the quality. Easy to install and adjust heights of rings. Remote has some functions that donโt seem to work for this light fixture, but functions as expected with on/off, dimmer function, and ability to set a couple preset brightness options.

Superb customer service
I got the light and installed by electrician, but I found cables were entangled and not tidy and nice.I contacted to customer service, and they quickly replied to me. Although I made several trials to fix cable entanglement as they directed, but I couldnโt solve the trouble.Every time I send mail to them, they quickly replied regardless of day or night.Finally, they sent a new one, and I am going to install it again.Light was enough bright as I wanted, and their customer service was superb!!
