The "probiotic enzyme blend" is two enzymes and one bacteria strain. I like this product but I would recommend getting a seperate probiotic with more bacteria types and an enteric coating. **Q: Is this gluten free?** A: Yes, it is gluten free **Q: Does the probiotic blend use any animal derived ingredients?** A: No it does not **Q: Is this a whole food vitamin?** A: This is the 2nd time I've ordered these Nutricost Multivitamin abd I believe they are a tremendous help on my health, I feel better taking them and I compared the ingredients to other brands and there is no comparison, the vitamins have more than enough for your body.
