Perfect Replacement for OEM / Factory Fob
Look extremely similar to the original (OEM) / factory fobs. Purchased to replace a set of original fobs for a first generation Ford Escape where the buttons had become stuck and the plastic keyring had broken. No instructions were included for programming but the process was very simple and took only a few minutes:1. Take all the fobs you wish to use (both new and old) into the car.2. Use the door button, unlock the doors.3. Insert the key into the ignition (in the OFF position).4. Move the key to the RUN position and back to OFF, repeat for a total of 8 times within 10 seconds, with the key finishing in the RUN position. If successful, the door locks will cycle to indicate programming mode is active.5. Now, there is a 10 second window to program the fobs. Simply press any one button (I pressed lock) on each fob sequentially. Door locks will cycle with each fob button push to register programming.6. Turn the key to off. Locks will cycle again.

PROGRAMMING IS EASY? BUT NO OBIWAN THERES A CATCH
My comments only apply to a 2006 Ford F-250 super duty. The first couple attempts failed. I THOUGHT I was following then programming directions to the letter. I went on YouTube and discovered there was a catch. The catch is as follows. Once inside the vehicle shut the door lock it then open it push the door open then close it then turn the truck on an off eight times ending in the on position. You will hear the door locks activate from here you have 10 seconds to program the fob. If you have more than one FOB you only need to press the open button once on each one within 10 seconds. If you still have problems you can visit YouTube which is where I got my instructions.

Batteries included, but might be dead.
These are great, I had a fob with bad button contacts I was trying to fix when I got a wild idea to look online for replacement cost. When I found these, I was stoked. After having to cough up $160 for a new chipped key, I had no idea I could get new fobs so cheap. They are more lightweight than the Ford standard ones I replaced, but I got used to that in a couple days.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE: The batteries arrived dead. Had to go to the auto parts store and pay another $8 for batteries. I'm not saying every set will be like this, but just don't be surprised if they do. At the end of the day, even spending $20-ish to get new fobs is a steal.

2014 E150 - nothing works (updated - got it to work!)
Our 2014 E150 shows as compatible with this fob.I have tried many iterations but no success. Can enters programming mode (lock/unlock) but pressing any button on the fob produces no reaction whatsoever. Will have to returnUPDATE: We continued to search the internet and found a number of sites encouraging us to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. So we did. And it worked!!!!!Upgraded to 4 of 5 but I think instructions should be included and should include this 'fix' if the programming doesn't initially work.
