30 Sep 21: Below is my first feed back Juste after I purchased this lovely piece of equipment. Ive had the hot brush a while now.. a month or so and I’m going to by one for back up… it’s just the great… my hair is dry and shiny and straight in minutes and I can hav a gorgeous flip if I want or dead straight… it’s also great going into winter… not spending hours drying it.. its literally mins. Thanks to the manufacturer. When The hot brush arrived I was disappointed to see that it was only 1000w.. not 1200 as advertised on the description. I have long, very thick hair but fine strands… so a lot of hair and it is naturally wavy and when I plugged in the hotbrush to test for heat and power before actually using it my first thought was ‘oh no.. it’s naff’ but thought I would really try it out, so I washed my hair… towel dried it and sectioned off my hair - sprayed a little heat protector in and started drying it. I was immediately happy no… thrilled with the way the brush held my hair, the handle is large so you can hold with both hands which I need because my hair is long and thick. The end of the brush does remain cool but I didn’t need to hold the brush that way. I just pulled the brush up high and slowly pulled it through my hair and the fact that it is not over-powerful made no difference to how fast it dried… The heat settings are odd, low is very loud and fast, medium is quieter and high is hot loud and fast.. In truth I think there are two speeds/heat settings not three and maybe not much difference in heat after a while but I bought this because sometimes I like to straighten my hair and this is a dream!!! So for that reason I gave the hotbrush 5 stars because it is what I wanted and I am sure the hotbrush will also curl my hair if I keep the brush in hold for longer. My hair does do what I tell it to though so am lucky there. If you have thick hair then I recommend but I cannot comment on how it will work with thinner hair.

I initially thought this was a good product. However, after a few minutes use, the handle heats up so much that it’s hard to hold. After a couple of uses the plastic started to melt and lift away. Finally, after owning this product for just over a month, it popped whilst I was using it and emitted a terrible burnt plastic smell. It won’t switch on and is still hot 19 minutes later despite unplugging. This is cheaply made and dangerous

Started drying my hair now I have long hair down my back I did half my head which it's easy to use add it makes your hair beautifully silky I have straight hair anyway but made it even nicer so I didn't have to use a l straightener but then it packed up so I thought it might have got overheated but it wasn't on that long so I gave it 10 minutes needed to finish drying my hair air as what's going out on a date but it's still need not come on after 10 minutes another 10 minutes later still not working so I had to use my normal hairdryer so was very disappointed I tried it when I got in 6 hours later still not working so it's now in the box to be returned very very disappointed as it did make it beautifully soft and silky but had to use hairdryer and straighteners to finish off😡

I've used this product 3 times and I loved it at first, but tonight while drying my hair it melted !! Bristles and all fell out in plastic melting clumps. It states in the instructions that a bit of smoke is normal while new . This isn't the case it's actually melting . I am just so glad I didn't use this on my kids hair! I'm really shocked at how dangerous this is. If it had melted onto my scalp I would be in a&e right now with melted plastic and bristles stuck to my head with bad burns. Worth buying the branded one if you're interested in a heat brush.

I am in love with this hot air brush! It's so simple and yet so effective. Normally, it would take be around 15 minutes just to dry my hair, as it is very long and very thick, but with this brush, I brushed, dried and styled it in around 10 minutes! Such and amazing product that does not damage hair as much as other heat products. The brush does not heat up in your hand too much and had 3 settings. A definite must have.

My sister absolutely loved this so I gave her mine and I had to purchase a second one for myself. I absolutely love this hairdryer/blow dryer as it dries and blows at once. Love the quality and definitely worth the price. Definitely recommend this item. The colour is also beautiful, and love the power as it has three different settings, for when I’m in a rush. You should definitely buy this. Very easy to use as instructions are very clear, the drying power is 10/10 very quick. It’s very easy to use as it is very lightweight, useful for trips or vacations can be carried quickly as it is not heavy or too big. ABSOLUTELY love this. You should get this as a gift for yourself, a friend or family member.

The media could not be loaded.  Don’t But this product. Bought it on the 20th August and broke on the 14th October. Unable to return, only has a 1 month returns policy on Amazon. So disappointed as it was really effective, when it worked. Even contemplated getting it again but, decided it wasn’t worth the risk. Sorry, I’ve never written a negative review before. However, I’m so disappointed in this product 😔

This is the best brush hairdrier I’ve had and I’ve had several! I use it in the coolest setting and it works really well making my hair which likes to frizz very smooth. The oval shaped barrel gives lift at the roots and smoothes over the lengths and has no metal parts to frazzle the hair. I have a bob but I’m not sure it would work on anything shorter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dryer/styler.
