This product works!!! . Taken on an empty stomach, this product works within 30 minutes to less than an hour. You must allow adequate time in bed greater than 7 hours or more. These pills really do the job. I had an argument with my now ex-girlfriend about I don't remember. I just wanted some peace & quiet after she left. Sleep, I guess. I took four of these and drank about a pint of liquor and I might have had six beers before I fell off the front porch. I don't know how I got down to my neighbor's house because that is about a half mile away. When he woke me up, I had thorns stuck in me and scratched up pretty good. My clothes were ripped up and I only had one shoe on. He thinks that I was trying to hide from my ex and dove off in a briar patch instead of a ditch. Maybe? Anyway, if you want a black out night of sleep. These are for you. Would recommend. PS. Just Take Two.

These are easy to use, I use them for the night before a trip, the night returning from a trip (both directions), after night basketball, in other words not every day, just when I may experience a bit anxiety about sleeping. These have worked well for a long time, and they seem to spur dreaming, which is nice though my dreams tend to be weird-who knew that that person and/or that situation was stored someplace in my deep memory to be pulled out and mixed up with something completely different and nonsensical? Recently, it seemed that I developed an immunity to the "getting to sleep faster" part of using these, thus I switched to the Ultra version, which is higher strength, but more bang for the buck, as one of those is more than two of these pills.

I have used the liquid Ziquil for a long time and been successful with a good night sleep..these did not give the same result.

My review is that if it's inconvenient to take/use liquid bottle then this takes its place perfectly. I'm glad there is this alternative but read the instructions & you'll get sleep like the bottle of liquid provides.The capsules are tiny & very easy to swallow. I'm glad I tried it, no regrets.
