1st class postage, and the product is extremely good value for money

The product itself is pretty good. 10L fits my D lock, Surface pro, couple of books and charger.But doesn't feel very secure and safe.

Easy to instal and use. Have just purchased the 10l to add to my bike’s storage capacity.Be aware that the straps you affix to the rear bar hang loose and can fly off if not secured within the bar brackets. One of mine flew off on day one and lost. I probably hadn’t tightened the strapping enough.

Used as advertised. Really easy to put on and take off, as big as the rucksack it is replacing. Waterproof. A real quality item, that is practical and useful. Price was good too. Thank you.

The bag itself is fine.Not great but fine.The straps however are useless.Broke the first time this bag was used.We checked and double checked it was on properly but one snapped and the other came off.We have bungee cords now but my son hasn’t braved taking it out again since as worried he will lose it. So may use it on my daughters moped instead as it has a rack.I’m not sure I’d recommend it honestly.They need to address the faulty issues.

Doesn't fit yo any part of my bike. Absolutely no instructions. Unfortunately by the time I came to use it it was too late to return. So difficult to attach that I've never actually used it.

Waterproof, good size for what I need. Straps are ok BUT they join together using an aluminum 'hook' buckle that needs to be under tension at all times. If you have something squashable in the bag then the tension drops off and they unclip (and in my case, fall of the bike before you realize and are lost - so now the bag isn't much use anymore as it only has 3 straps unless I bodge something up
