Q: Is this compatible with the linak fs-009 foot control used with umf exam tables?

This foot switch is mainly for the Chattanooga and Dynatronics Treatment Tables. FS-00 is on the front.

Q: Will this work with a Med Craft hi-lo table with a linak motor?

I do not think so, It is for the Chattanooga/DJO/Dynatronic tables.

Q: Will this work with an oakworks table model number flrtxx243178hz manufactured in 2003 with linak lift colums?

I've been using them on my Oakworks ProLuxe Tables circa 2009-2012. They have the Linak Lift Columns. They work great.

Q: is the plug 8 prong or 10?

8 pin, 7 in a horseshoe pattern and 1 in the middle.
