VitaMonk Hista Resist Histamine Blocker Supplement (60 Capsules)

I could not tolerate this, made me incredibly anxious. I read that is a possible side effect of forskolin, although can’t be sure that’s what caused it. I am sensitive to almost everything though, to be fair. I have thrown this out and am now trying vitamin C alone with Gut Pro probiotic. I believe a probiotic with strains that I didn’t need is what started my HIT to begin with. Anyone else dealing with HIT, look into Gut Pro by Corganic. It is soil based, not dairy, and has specific strains for HIT. I started feeling better on the 5th day without fully restricting my diet. Hope this helps anyone reading this, good luck!

This product is a life saver for anyone who suffers from chronic hives. I started breaking out in giant, red painful hives about 6 years ago. I went to several doctors before an allergist told me to take Zyrtec twice a day. I did that for years while trying to find a holistic solution for my problem. I tried food elimination diets, cryotherapy, gut healing detox’s and different supplements to try to ween myself off of Zyrtec and naturally heal myself.
