The media could not be loaded.  While I can turn that flame down, I wanted to show how nice it was even at full blast. The installation was super easy using Stanbroil hoses. The pan keeps the 1/2" to 1" lava rocks from going down the center of the fire bowl, and the ring has a good number of jets, so the flame looks great in both low and high gas volumes.

Well built and throws a lot of heat. The included igniter / thermocouple cover plate matched perfectly with the igniter that I ordered separately. I just had to drill a hole for the t/c probe. Very nice flame with lava rock

The media could not be loaded.  If your creative you can make it work, unfortunately it will warp with the heat like others have reviewed. I cut off the lips and tapcon screwed into concrete base and but rocks on top. If you can use or cast in concrete it will work well. For the price of a 72" linear unit it's a good deal if you can work around some of the issues. If your install is a cut out regular install it will warp on you, if your ok with that than go for it.
