It’s my first time ever reviewing on Amazon.This litter box is life changing. My cats easily adapted to it, they are still intrigued when it starts the cleaning process, but if they come close the litter stops immediately. I love the tracking features, with weight, frequency etc.Never smells bad.1000000% recommend

Like, it works perfectly and easy, but for example the door is very small and my cats barely fit inside, they are 6.5 kg and 5.6 kg.Its too high from the ground the cats finding it difficult to jump inside. I was not expecting its that small for a big machine

I know that I don’t say this nearly as often as I should, but I really wanted to thank you for your quick response, communication and care to provide high level of support and service. I bought smart cat litter box but after 6 months, the device has been crashing. I just called the seller and within 3 days, The seller replaced the old one with new device. I know reviews kept on mentioning “ cat inside “ and stuff, but it shows that when you don’t put the box properly on the mat and your cat keeps peeking in , try to let it clean few minutes after your cat is done so the cat is far from the machine. Easy to clean and amazingly no smell, just keep track of the notifications when it says that this and that are low for you to refill. It’s a great investment for my little one

We loved the product, the device was quick and easy to set up and the Petkit app helps you from start to finish. The device keeps track of your pets weight and the amount of litter in the box and the amount of waste collected in the container. The deodourizer is pretty strong and makes sure that the smell is taken care of after each use.We also noticed that the bags for the waste bin was easily replaceable and you can find them at your local market (carrefour has them in 2 sizes)Amazing product, took a while for our cat to get used to it so make sure their old litter is still available to avoid any mess until they get used to the new one.
