**Q: Can these be used for high heat sauces without melting?**
A: I don't think anything hot could be used in this. I have only used them for packing salade dressing in lunches

**Q: Would these work for thicker consistencies such as sour cream?**
A: It probably won’t squirt out but would be able to hold a small amount of sour cream. I have used them for salad dressing and BBQ sauce. They do not leak which is wonderful. Easy to use and easy to clean.

**Q: What is the exact size of the hole diameter for filling the bottle? What is the measurment inside the bottle from the bottom to the green collar?**
A: The hole size is about 3/4" diameter or smaller.

**Q: Do these fit in the Bentgo boxes?**
A: I don't know what a bentgo box is but it fits in my grandchildren"s lunch box

************************ UPDATE 9/25/2022: - For the most part with plastic or rubber, it can come with its territory, the smell of what you put in. But what I would do, let it soak in warm water with baking soda. Depending how strong the smell is, so far it does the trick for me. ************************ I always bring my lunch to work but takes up room to bring the whole bottle of salad dressing. Cons: * None so far. Will update if needed. Pros: * The perfect size of this bottle does not take much room at all. Whether I use my small or big lunch bag. * It’s easy to poor dressing into bottle. * So far, it has not leaked at all.
