I searched but could not find any mention of frequency range. How can anyone buy these with no information on the frequency range options?

I work in a shopping complex. There are about 6 stores between my store and shoprite and I heard my coworker crystal clear while she was in shopright and I was in my store. So the range is pretty good.

Is there a battery charge indicator? I've read that Li-on batteries shouldn't be fully charged.
