It pivots and locks in 4 positions with no wobbling on bookcases. Dust-trapping power is unreal. 360° fibers plus dust-busting strips captured 5X more dust versus my old feather duster (tested side-by-side on blinds). It locks in allergens like cat dander. My sinuses thank it. Refills snap on and off in seconds. 12 heavy-duty heads (one-time use) fluff up with a shake. Sleeves fit either side. No water or spray needed for dry dust removal. Room for Improvement: Head doesn't bend (handle pivots instead). It's awkward for super-tight corners like behind my TV stand. Single kit limits variety.
