I should mention first--the frame was packaged extraordinarily well in transit to prevent damage!The frame itself was the only one I could find at a reasonable cost based on the dimensions I needed that had a white background and shadowbox capability. Otherwise, a custom order would probably have been needed.That said, it works perfectly for the purpose it was purchased for. The frame backing is a white posterboard. So, it is not as strong as I thought it might be. So, if you're looking to display something heavy in it, this is something to consider. My display item is light, and the frame works just fine for it and I am completely satisfied.

I was trying to use this shadow box to put all my college graduation stuff in and it was wayyyy to shallow. The image looks like it’s a lot deeper than it is. I ended up just putting it away and not even using it. So all in all. The image is misleading and thus is only good if you’re looking for a large shallow shadow box.

Just to be crystal clear: this frame is exactly what you pay for... It's not a "shadowbox" as much as it is a cheap wood frame with plastic front and paper back.

I was gifted a canvas that I wanted to protect from moisture. This fit very well, but if you don't want a canvas to touch the glass, you will need a bit more depth. I had to remove the bottom sponge to fit it, but it is perfectly snug. No scratches and lightweight. As you can see, the canvas was a bit smaller in width but nearly the same length-wise. 18 x 24.

Work well for framing sports jerseys.

Flimsy. Backboard is extremely cheaply made. Paint was chipped off of the frame. I’m surprised they sent it to me like that. Not a good look for the company.

This shadow box is just what I needed for my Tony D jersey. The jersey is a 3XL. The jersey fits just right. I had purchased another frame but it was too heavy for me. This box is lightweight and perfect for my needs.
