This is a quality product. I've used many belts over the years and this one is sturdy, comfortable and the quick release buckle is excellent allowing easy adjustment. The belt's support is excellent and allows me to lift with confidence and focus on the muscle. The addition of the lifting straps is a brilliant bonus. It's a recent purchase but I can see me using this for years. Brilliant product - couldn't be happier with it.

So I never use a weight belt, all humans have one built in, transverse abdominal. So train properly and you should be okay, so most where them to pose around the gym having them no where near tight enough to actually do any good,A proper belt should be cinched in so tight that you can't wait to pop it loose as soon as your reps are done, that is where self locking quick release belts come in to thier own, breath in as much as possible, do up to the max, and brace against it during the rep, then I need to release immediately after.This belt does all that, I love it, really helped concentrate the leg mind muscle connection without overly concentrating on niggling back issues, so overall a better workout.The price too is great and is just as good a belt as the market leader.They are a small British company, and I'm happy to support them.Ps I haven't trained in a gym for 10 years, I workout at home so kit needs to be functional, hard wearing and looks don't matter, the belt is all of that and actually looks pretty good too.

Great sturdy belt good for all lifts gives amazing support and good value for money worth every penny

Belt seems well made and is easy to fit...haven't tried it yet in the gym as u have unfortunately been ill but I'm sure it will perform well.

The belt is brilliant, I started experiencing lower back pain from intense training and as I have longer legs needed some additional support. This belt changed the game for me entirely.It was worth every penny and came with free straps. I highly recommend. Honestly no pain since I started wearing it.

Used the belt 2-3 times a week for 30 days, get a really good strong tight hold, however stitching coming apart already

Was umming & arrring between this and E26 belt. Glad I bought this one. Really solid and easy to use weightlifting belt for max lifts & metcons. Love that it came with straps too. Needed one of those! Always nice to support a small company.

And I waited until I trained 2 weeks with it before I left this review.PROS- very easy to tighten and loosen- once tight it offers a lot of support- excellent for heavy lifting but also high volume sets- high quality constructionCONS- I think I got the a size too big (I am 176cm / 76kg and ordered M) but it's not that badOverall I love this thing and it's a huge step up from my "traditional" belt.
