I really appreciate that there is no magnesium stearate in this product. Also, the capsules are so much easier to swallow than pills, a quality supplement that is very reasonably priced. Thank you!

I have been using this magnesium for years but the last bottle I got is now 273 mg for a serving of three capsules instead of 310. The price has not changed neither has V description on Amazon. The capsules are also bigger nowWith less magnesium inside. I will look for another supplement

Compré este citrato de magnesio en cápsulas porque había probado uno en polvo que aunque me ayudaba con el estreñimiento no disuelve adecuadamente. Éste es fácil de tragar, uso tres cápsulas al día con cada comida, según se indica, pero sigo sin poder ir al baño.
