This actually worked out better than I thought it would. We have a Ikea L sofa so I was a little hesitant, but I'm so glad I purchased this one because it fits perfectly! My dog jumped on it right away and a few times with dirty paws. Dirt and even mud wipes right off. It is water resistant but not water proof so keep that in mind. After a couple weeks, it's mostly in place though it slips down from the back, but that's because my cat likes to sit on the back cushions to look out the window.

UPDATE: giving this only 2.5 stars. After a few weeks of use, it just doesn’t hold up to my 50-70lb dogs that are frequent foot-lickers. It is not at all waterproof. The moisture just soaks right through and now I’m finding spots on my cushions. It also doesn’t stay in place. The gripper side doesn’t grip and the material is not heavy enough to hold it in place. It won’t stay tucked behind the seat cushions, either. The foam rods provided are too small to help it stay put. Only positive things I can find in this cover arr that it looks nice and the dog hair comes off easily when vacuumed. Definitely looking for a better option before my sofa is ruined. This sofa cover is not bad, it just isn’t great. It fits my sectional pretty well size-wise - it’s just a little too short on the seats - but really doesn’t stay in place. The inserts provided to tuck the cover under the cushions are flimsy and small so they don’t hold. The dog fur does come off pretty easily if you vacuum it or use a lint roller, so that’s a positive. It is NOT waterproof - it is water resistant. If your dog is an avid foot licker (like mine are) the wet spot will go through. A spilled drink would definitely soak right in to your sofa. Overall I’m a bit disappointed in the quality, but not enough to return it. It will do for now, but I’ll be on the search for a better one. I would give this 3 1/2 stars rather than 4 if that was an option. For the money I did expect better quality.

Honest review (not paid) …and I seldom review items … but this was a great find. I bought new light color sectional … have 3 active dogs, bought this bc my couch was getting destroyed by wet feet dogs…. This cover came in 3 pieces … I used all 3 for the seat of the couch (not the backrest) … looks great, works great, very happy with purchase …. Would highly recommend.

Not what I expected. The foam pieces that are supposed to keep the cover tucked-in do not fit in the ends of the cover pieces. The cover pieces are really thin, so they move around alot. Not really worth the price. I would pay $20 for these MAYBE. They are soft and comfortable, but definitely not "water resistant". DAMP dog paw- prints went right through to the couch.

My dog is terminal and is suffering from incontinence. Bought this in hopes of minimizing the accidents on the leather couch. Worked the first time but once you wash it, the protective whatever they put on it washes away. Not to mention the piling on this material is pretty heavy. And the sticky back bumps have fallen off in the washing and drying process. I have bought a mattress incontinence pad and a picnic table cover to protect the couch and use this more as a visual cover up for those other items.

I like the many colors to choose from. I don’t worry about my dog or my kids dropping liquid on it. It’s very easy to clean. It’s very comfortable. I brought 2 of them.

I wash these once a week because the dogs spend all day on the couch while I’m at work. I’ve had them for about a year and they’ve held up nicely.

This cover is very nice looking. The sticky part that is supposed to hold it in place does not work very well. The binding on the pieces has been coming off area by area, then it starts to fray. I was it by itself and hang dry. I just feel I shouldn’t have to replace the binding on this.

With 4 little dogs constantly on the couch, I needed something to protect the sofa from all the dog hair! These wash really nice although I just hung to dry. They fit the sofa well and look nice rather than having blankets draped over the furniture! The fabric seems stain resistant and is comfortable to sit on.Overall I’m very happy with this purchase!

I'm mostly happy with this, when I measured the couch, seemed like the large would work. But when I put it on the couch it just doesn't seem long enough, end to end, and the chaise side isn't nearly long enough lengthwise. Also i can't use the elastic belt thing because the arms of my couch are different than the pictures, not a big deal. It does look nicer than the old blanket I was using and the material feels nice and I got it for just over $40(on sale I guess?) I can make it work but if I paid full price for it, I'd be upset. Overall I'm just OK with it.

This thing is great! It fits my couch perfectly, it’s water resistant, it looks good, and the little elastic for the back to hold in place keeps it where it needs to stay. It was very easy to fit onto the couch and just flips over, based on a left or right chaise. There are some lil styrofoam rolls that come with it to tuck into the cushions, and they work great, my dog just keeps digging them out, so I don’t use them. I had to wash it already once and instructions are to hand wash, however, I couldn’t mange it well because of the side of it, so I put it on delicate cycle on the washer, on a low spin, and it came out just fine. I’d highly recommend this in to anyone who, like me, has a rambunctious lil puppy that drags everything and anything in on their paws and, subsequently, on your furniture.
