Very nice but not very sturdy.
I think it’s very nice and I don’t agree with other reviewers that the frame looks cheap, but is not very sturdy. When I was moving the brackets to put my husband’s certificate the first one fell off, along with a small piece of the frame 😐 (see photo). That’s when I noticed there was a missing bracket and another piece of the back of the frame also missing.I have since contacted their help desk (email [email protected] provided in the frame info sheet) and I’m awaiting a reply. I wanted to hang the frame, but I think I’m going to wait for their Cs rep to reach out, I’m afraid it might fall apart 🫤What a shame, I’ll update once I get news back.
