These pellets will impart a nice subtle smoke flavor to your meats. Not overpowering if you're sensitive to smoke but each person is different so keep that in mind. It burns clean, last long, and the price is hard to beat. Works very well in my Lone Star Grillz 20'' x 42'' Pellet Smoker. Used them for St Louis ribs, baby back ribs, brisket, pork butts, beef ribs, chicken, salmon, and turkey. Everything I smoke turns out great according to my family and friends. I agree with them and I am very critical of my cooking. It leaves a nice smoke ring if you're into that.Using wood pellets will not be the same smoke profile compared to wood splits, lump charcoal, or charcoal briquettes. However, it is easier to use and you don't have to babysit the fire.A few pellet boxes I ordered separately opened up during shipping and spilled some pellets inside the shipping box. The pellets weren't damaged and still used them anyways. Still 5 stars!

First off to say I love these pellets, they maintain temp very well and ash is kept to a minimum in my Pitt Boss. The flavor profile of these pellets is great they just seem to burn rather quickly in my opinion.

Smoke flavor is very good. No issues with my pellet smoker. Used on a brisket and the family loves it. Only negative is the box breaks during shipping and I have to immediately pour everything into a bucket with a lid. Move to a new box/packaging and I'll change to 5 star review.

I’ve heard great things about this product. And they didn’t disappoint. But the packaging was a train wreck. Not only did Amazon do their usual small box in a giant box but the pellets were everywhere. The structural integrity of the Jax pellet box is garbage. Glue is nonexistent. One strip of made in China clear tape. I get it, Hermosa Beach CA, you’re trying to save the planet. Do me a favor and fire your packaging engineer.

I have used almost every pellet out there in my Traeger and these are by far the best. A little pricy but worth it.

These pellets are the best. Even burn great flavor. I feel that I don’t go through as many. Less ash

Order was shipped fast and I used it on some pork belly that I was making into bacon. The flavor was very good. I will have to try it on other things but I am sure I will be ordering more.
