First of all, lower your expectations if you are wanting super bright torch like led output. No, these are not built or designed that way. They are standard bulbs but with a brighter output than a standard factory fit brighter bulb. I tried led p21 but they kept failing, these I have found are the next best thing. Expect another approx 30% brighter than a standard bulb. Enough for me.

Good for replacement but not a long term solution
These two bulbs are very much a low-middle range product for which I haven't set myself high expectations and rightly so.I needed a quick replacement for a rear left break light on my Audi A1.I have replaced not just the one that died but also my brake light on the right side. I did that as there was some uneven brightness when breaking. Brightness itself is average. You'll receive two in a pack, they are simple yet decent made, it's anyone's guess how long they'll last, in my case they've been lasting me for 16 months.Price has increased for 25% since my purchase and is still good.I have recommended these (price and speed of delivery) to my friend, who has decided to buy them with both of the bulbs received being expired, so that was a bit of an unexplaind issue!I sadly won't be returning to this product when break/reverse lights need replacing and will look towards a higher range products.

Not Nissan Note break lights
The product may work fine, but the Amazon system offered these up as brake lights for a 2009 Nissan Note, which they are not. The Note requires P21/5W bulbs btw.I discovered this having fitted them so no refund… bit annoyed at both myself (for trusting a computer) and Amazon (for programming said computer).

Is not valid as a break light for a Mondeo
Was sold as compatible as a brake light for 2009 Mondeo, while it does fit into the socket, the brake lights require a 2 filament bulb (covering headlights being on and brakes being applied), as this is only single filament it can only show either the lights being on, or the brake is applied which is not valid.

Amazon got it wrong
I was a bit disappointed with Amazon because I typed in the search term rear brake light for 2008 VW EOS and this is what I was told was the correct bulb. When I took it to the garage to fit, it turns out that the rear lights on my car are LEDs and I needed the whole light cluster. Why did Amazon tell me I needed a single bulb... very odd.
