It’s very cute, but kinda cheap and arrived broken.

We got this as a setup for our pets photos and it works great. The letters are not the best nor is the black letter board but it works. It's flemsy and can be broken pretty easy, though on that note it dropped from the 6' place it was hung and stayed in one piece. I don't think it would survive another drop by any means.

I was very impressed with the care given in packaging this picture frame. Arrived early and in perfect condition. Really appreciate the customer service. Frame is perfect size for my use. Highly recommend.overall customer service.

It works great as a collage that holds 8 photos. It takes time to take off the backing to insert the photos, but once it’s done it’s done. It’s not to difficult to remove the back panel & it holds the photos well. When the panel is removed, each individual frame comes with a square cardboard to better press the picture against the glass. I wouldn’t throw these away.The letters were fairly annoying at first. When done by hand, it’s incredibly difficult. Using scissors kept my sanity. The letters still had little pieces of plastic from where it was attached, and I was too annoyed to try and sand it down/remove it. The letters & numbers are not too appealing for that reason.The back panel also has 3 hooks. 2 on the horizontal corners & 1 on the vertical corner. This item COULD be hung vertical, but I don’t see what the point would be since the letters would then be sideways. This item is best placed horizontal so that the letters will be legible.Hanging it up took some careful planning. The hooks are small, so we had to make sure we put our nails in the correct place. Our frame isn’t entirely leveled correctly... but it’s not too noticeable. I don’t want to create another hole to fix the alignment, so we’re keeping it where it’s at. Again, it’s not too bad, but I tried my best to line it up.I like the frame & even though it has a few issues, it’s useful and looks good hanging up in our room. Even though the letters/numbers look messy, it’s still a cute. I feel like this item is between 3-4 stars, but the price isn’t too bad & it does work well for what it’s supposed to do. I don’t love it like crazy, but my girlfriend enjoys seeing our photos together along with our year. I’m giving it 4 because it is a decent frame.
