My apple case stopped working completely so I got this as a replacement. It works great and charges the headphones effectively.

I bought this product on March 6. By March 8 it wouldn’t charge. Apparently the plug-in ports are so poorly made they often break. I returned the product and they offered to send me a new one which I accepted. Hoping I just gotten one bad device. Well I’ve had the second one for about two months, now past the return point😡 and again the port has stopped working. There’s thing is useless if you can’t charge it obviously. Do not buy this product, very poorly made, and will become a useless piece of plastic within a couple of months.

First one I initially got worked for about a week before it stopped charging my AirPods, even when it was plugged in. Contacted the company and they sent me out a new one the next day. I’ve had the new one for over a month now and it’s been flawless. They have their advantages and disadvantages vs the real Apple ones though.Cons:-Not super durable (these are definitely cheaper and thinner plastic, they feel like they’d break if they hit the ground)-On a full battery they will only fully charge my dead AirPods once-Battery Life retention (it seems like the case only holds onto battery for a few days before it dies itself)Pros:-For the value they are great instead of spending a ton to for a “new” case or a new set of AirPods-Colors (got mine in the Matte Black and I like it)-They work flawlessly and sync up to my phone no issuesOverall pretty solid for the price tag, not the best build quality so be careful/put a case on them. The quality control might be a little iffy, but if they fail, you can get a new set easy no questions asked.

Case is bad!!! I bought the case as a replacement for my original airpod case, The case wouldn’t work it charged the airpods once and would only charge the airpods one at a time, the case would never charge both airpods at once. I still was being patient with it but I assumed the case wasn’t charging the airpods because the pods were not correctly in there so I kept taking them out and being very patient. I had gave it a break and left the pods in there to HOPEFULLY CHARGE but when I pulled out my airpod the pod was broken! The bottom piece of the airpod was stuck in the bottom of the case and was not able to be reattached. The seller does not communicate and has not compensated me for the broken airpod yet.

Stop charging the right ear after less than a month. You are seeking a cheap alternative after losing your case. This is not it. You will only be frustrated when product fails. Please do not buy.Edit, found debris preventing charges on right ear piece. Still does not hold charge on case as well as Apple product. Upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 star.
