brought this for my granddaughter..what a lot of fun she has had with it..no easy to start with but when you get it going Oh my goodness its FAB..all her mates have a whale of a time using it..it's so funny to watch them trying to get the hang of it.. the only thing I would say don't use it on bare flesh it will give you a right raw middle.. brilliant fun..

I already have another make of this type of hoop and I stupidly expected this to be the same.The hoop itself is very narrow and when you try to swing it around, the devices inside that rolls around snags on some of the connections, making it completely useless.

The media could not be loaded.  It has to be tight round your waist to work once you get used to it it's good , make sure the parts are screwed in properly and you have plenty of room

This exercise hulahoop didn’t have no weight on the end of the ball so it wasn’t spinning around. Just kept stopping as no wait to it. We had to put stones in it but it worked properly now it’s good.

Look this, really good for getting in shape. You do need sand to put in weight.Lots of my friends have bought one after seeing results

It didn't come with sand so it just sat in the box

Took me a week to get the hang of this but it was a week of laughter, it’s excellent when you know how to work it.

Couldn’t weight ball as screws not long enough and kept breaking in half , the ring ok , but couldn’t put sand in the ball to weight it .
