The media could not be loaded.  I am really new to sublimation and I had not tried sublimation on tumblers yet. When these went on sale for Prime Day, I decided to try them. There weren't any reviews yet, but I figured since there were free returns, I would take a chance. I bought 2 sets of 4. They actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected and I was really happy with how they have turned out. I would buy these again!

They work. I’ll start by saying that.The color held great.Moving on to what I am not particularly fond with..So I bought these to try and one thing I noticed was they’re not individually boxed so you do have to find your tumbler box on your own. (Not the worst thing In the world) but it does add into your cost/profit. If you do them frequently and order boxes by the bulk problem solved. Not everyone does though.Secondly, the lids are worthless. They barley fit on the top and come off easily. When opening and closing the slider it is so difficult to slide.Thirdly, the shrink wrap melts…bad.To the point it’s almost off the tumbler after it’s bake time and serves no purpose.Overall if you’re needing something quick for an order this will work. IF you want something with better quality shop elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded.  These worked awesome for sublimation. Took Ink very well, colors really popped. Very nice and sturdy. Tight lid, and has 2 straws and a straw cleaner.

These cups are so disappointing. Some worked good but others were terrible. They just didn't take the ink. I have done several of the same design on other cups no problems I did it the way I've always done it and nope they were awful. I'm out alot of money.

They were all normal regular prints being used. No matter what heat setting. More time. Less time. Nothing worked. Company never contacted me back when I messaged them through Amazon. Ended up getting a return through Amazon to send them (1 box of 20 cups and 1 box of 30 ounce cups ) back because they did not work. Such a waste and the company never even contacted me back. Regretful purchase. Glad Amazon is taking them back for me since the company didn’t do anything.

There is absolutely nothing that I don't like about these tumblers. They're fantastic! I love them.

It doesn’t matter what temp I use, the shrink wrap melts and causes issues with sublimation on the cup!! Now can’t return because I’ve used them all trying to get it to work!! NOT HAPPY!!!

These do not keep drinks cold like regular tumblers. Ice melts faster than in a regular cup. My drink barely stays cold for 40 min. Will not buy again and I feel bad for my customers who bought sublimated tumblers from me now that I know this happens.
