This is hard enough to turn and move food easily, with a nice sharp edge. it is light weight but not flimsy. It lasts well if I'm not too rough on it. But it is low priced, so I keep an extra on hand just in case.

I love melamine cook wear. It is a bit of a learning curve to not break the newer stuff, but most seems pretty sturdy, just don't get stupid. Very satisfied with it and glad to have a source to buy from now. It can be hard to find at times.

We had an old nylon spatula from the 1970s that finally broke. It was tough, but thin enough to turn pancakes on a teflon pan without any trouble. A great kitchen implement.I didn't think this type of quality was produced anymore, but then I found the Lloyd Reston spatula. Even though it's made of melamine instead of nylon, it's every bit as strong and thin as our old turner. I'm very pleased with it. And the vibrant fire engine red color is a bonus!I deducted a star for the size of the spatula. It's a little shorter in the handle, and smaller in the turning paddle, than our old one from the 70s, and probably smaller than the one you have in your kitchen drawer right now. Not really big enough for a large flapjack, for instance.But overall this was a great buy and a great experience. I would recommend.

It's a melamine turning spatula. I don't know why it is so hard to find melamine cookware. It is way better than that thick flexible and melting prone plastic junk sold in the stores. Silicone doesn't melt but it is still thick. This is a great thin turner it is easy to get underneath what ever needs a flipping. The old thin spring steel turners were the best but in the world of nonstick pans metal is out, and this is the next best option.Just be careful of the shipping method with this seller I accidentally got a color that had like a $10 shipping charge. Other colors were free shipping.

Hope this lasts very long time. It’s a bit smaller than I thought but still does its job properly.

Best flipper I’ve ever used. It’s light but sturdy. The edge is quite tapered, perfect for removing warm cookies from pan. Great for frying eggs and flipping pancakes. Will be ordering another.

Nach nur zwei mal defekt. Ohne in der Pfanne liegen zulassen, "schmörzelet" sie. Auch der Kochlöffel, welcher nur zum um rühren in Saucen usw. benutz wird.

Just what I wanted. I find a silicone one isn’t always very efficient (if the fish fingers have stuck to the tray, for example) but a melamine one is just the ticket.

Great melamine turner, will last along time.
