I have been using for about a week or so. I notice my nails have grown and they are very strong. I haven't had any breaking as of yet as I usually do. I use the oil everyday while in a protective style along with henna spritz/aloe Vera spritz/rice water spritz. My hair has major new growth. My hair has been in this protective style since April 19th and it's may 1st. I have great growth. I will continue to use the entire bottle and order another supply just to see what I experience. I gave a 3 for flavor because it's no taste in the capsule; however, it smells like fish

I like using this product for growing my hair.

Pills were fine but the oil has these specks floating around in it. It also leaked in the package so it wasn’t packaged properly for oils. When I went to my beauty store and looked at the same product, none of them had specks in them so my assumption is that this isn’t necessarily common. :-(

I have to say, this stuff completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve dealt with hair loss my entire life and always had bald patches I’ve had to cover up. I started using this about 3 months ago and within the first couple weeks saw major hair growth in spots that haven’t had much hair in years. Now after 3 months my hair has completely grown back in and is several inches long! I’ve tried tons of hair growth products and always been disappointed but this one has been a game changer. I use the oil daily and brush it into my scalp. The pills I take whenever I remember to, a few times a week. For the price I am shocked this worked so well!

I've only been using these products for a week and I can already see changes in my hair. In just a week it's grown about an inch and is fuller/ thick. The oil though is lightweight in my hair and adds shine. It also causes greasy fingers and I would not recommend for everyday use. The capsules have a nasty taste and smell to them. I would definitely eat or drink (not water) something when taking them to get the taste out. As well, I haven't suffered any acne or side effects while using them but I also drink 40 oz of water on the regular.

The oil came up and was all over the bottle and the vitamin bottle and the oil was half way leaked out
