Very delicate as I broke my first one by dropping it (not a big drop) however for a hot drinks cup it’s my favourite. Keeps my tea warm from 6:30am right until 11:30am easily. Nice to drink from and lovely colours. Lid is secure so no spillages and lovely and slimline but still a great amount of hot drink. Perfect!

I bought this as a gift for my mother who likes her Waitrose free coffees. She had a previous mug leak and this one is great and doesn’t leak as it has a good screw top.Comfortable enough to drink out of it as a normal mug. Coffee stayed nice and hot.Colour drew compliments even on its first usage. Size is great, not too huge. Fits a can of G&T inside apparently so could use for keeping drinks cold. Easy to open, close and clean.

I've ordered quite a few of these in different sizes and colours. Completely leakproof, keeps my drink red hot for hours. Working on a busy ward means I forget my drink at times but this always keeps it ready to drink. Great value for money, funky colours which really stand out.

So this product is great at keeping drinks hot, doesn't spill, easy to hold. But my one unusual comment us that it's TOO HOT TO DRINK FROM for literally 3+ hours! I have to take the lid OFF to cool it down which kind of defeats the object (as it could spill on the train/bus). So I think I'll add cold water to my freshly made coffee to cool it before I put the lid on.

It's easily cleaned, keeps tea etc very warm, I haven't tried it for cold drinks yet.I've been using on a daily basis now for some time! it's now 3.06.24 the flask is nolonger holding it's heat, it hasn't been ill treated in any way.. I did expect it to last longer - I think I'll go back to a screw top lid also as it's less hassle to carry to and from the car.

Great cup, can't recommend this enough. If anything it keeps the drink too hot! Over an hour after making it I had to remove the lid and leave it outside for 10 minutes in 4degrees cold before I could drink it

I was amazed how this really does keep my drink hot not tried it cold yet, really easy to clean, and looks good too
