Sturdy dual-tier stand that saves space
I bought this Pyle Z-style stand for my home studio as I needed something dependable that could support two different sized keyboards. It has proved to be exactly that. The stand is made from steel and feels robust and well engineered. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up as it should. Once set up, it feels steady and secure with no unwanted movement, even when doing my Rick Wakeman workouts! Both the height and width are adjustable. I have an 88-key piano on the lower tier and a 61-key controller on the angled top tier, which can be set to suit your preferred playing position. This vertical layout has freed up a welcome amount of floor space in the studio. A small but very practical feature is the metal headphone hanger tucked under the lower keyboard. It keeps my headphones close at hand and off the desk. At the time of writing, this was priced at £61, which I think is an absolute bargain for such a heavy-duty, well designed stand. A great option for anyone running a multi-keyboard setup at home or in a studio.

Perfect
Very pleased with this stand. Solidly built and simple to assemble. The upper tier is fully adjustable so you can tilt and there are plastic end stops to stop your keyboard from slipping off. Both the tiers have foam rubber on top to prevent slipping and scratching your equipment. What suprised me more was the upper tier angle adjustment knuckles are pure metal which lock in place rather like a gear to give you fine adjustments. No cheap plastic here. The stand supports a Moog Sub 37 on the lower tier easily with the arms fitting nicely between the rubber feet and a Roland system 8 on the top tier. It looks great and functional, excellent build quality and superb value for money.

Good X Keys Stand
Well built and sturdy, despite being surprisingly lighter than other stands I have. Purchased in an emergency when I realised I needed an extra keyboard stand for an outside gig. I added a couple of rubber grips from old stands that I have cannibalised to make the middle of the stand more grippy for a narrower keyboard. This definitely made a difference, especially for lighter keyboards to stop them moving around on the top of the stand. The ability to have it set to any height is very useful for keyboards of different depths. Only had it a few weeks but so far seems very good. I also like that the lucky mechanism cannot be accidentally disassembled. I have had three stands completely destroyed by people being, “helpful” clearing my stuff away when they undo the screw in the pull out mechanism for preset stands in the whole thing collapses and has to be thrown away. I will definitely buy another one of these

OK stand, but a bit clunky to assemble, and no carrying case.
This is a two tier stand that does the job but is not perfect. The description says "Pyle Heavy-Duty Z Style Music Stand,... w/ Rack Case". However, mine did NOT come with a case, and when I asked other purchasers, they all said they did not receive a case either, so the description is not accurate. The stand is not exactly slick to assemble. I use mine for gigging when I need two boards, and it is a bit clunky to put together. In addition, you use a bunch of loose knobs which I can imagine getting lost on a chaotic gig (low light, lots of other musicians). It looks like I'm going to have to spend about £40 just to get a case for the stand (you basically have 5 pieces of metal plus a bunch of knobs, so you absolutely need a case to gig with). It is stable enough and flexible enough for different heights. I have a Nord Piano 3 on the lower deck and a Hammond SK1-73 on the upper deck, and that all worked fine for rehearsals and gigs. For the price, not bad, but very irritating that it does not come with case.

Excellent value solid stand
This stand is great for home use, its very solid and has quite a small footprint, even when extended to hold bigger keyboards. The only possible issue with it is that is not as stable from side to side as there is no brace between the top tier. I use it at home, simple to assemble with good instructions. Very functional with a wide range of height options. Ideal for home use, I have a stay stand that I use when playing live, so I haven't tested it out yet.

Sturdy and does whatnot needs to
Good width and height adjustment. I’m not suffering from wobble and have it set for standing. Sturdy and doing what I need it to do.

Sturdy - no wobbling!
Very sturdy and heavy duty stand. Missing sticky pad from the top frame but no biggie at this price. Just stuck my own on. This is purely for home use so I don't know what it would be like to repeatedly fold up and down for gigs. But it's certainly fit for purpose for home practice.

Terrible quality
The whole stand is terrible. I have a Komplete S49 on it (very light 49 key midi controller), and the stand keeps working its way loose. Everything tightened down and a couple of hours later, it’ll all be loose again. The problem is, the bolts aren’t coming loose - they’re in the same place - so I assume the metal itself is cheap and eventually it’ll all just thread. Considering it looks heavy, sturdy and looks well built, this is disappointing. Not trusting my Moog Sub 37 on this. It’ll be going back.

Solid and useful
Sturdy, easy to assemble and useful. I like the hook for the headset, nice touch, also very useful.

A great 2 tiered keyboard stand at a reasonable price
Been experimenting with different tiered keyboard stands. 3 criterion. 1. Can accommodate an 88 note, weighted keyboard on the bottom (in my case either a Kurzweil PC3x or PC4) 2. Has adjustable height - especially for the 88 note keyboard. Ideal piano keyboard height is 29.5 " from the ground. This gets that done and makes it very comfortable to sit and play without any sort of strain on the arms. 3. Has an upper, adjustable tier. This does. Especially like the ability to tilt the upper tier to the desired angle and lock in. I've spent a ridiculous amount of $ over the past 6 months on different keyboard stands for my home studio and most were more expense than this one and didn't get the job done. This one does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to any keyboard player looking for a good 2 tiered solution. It's very sturdy, very easy to assemble and breaks down very quickly if you need to bring it to a gig. Out of all the 2 tiered keyboard stands I've tried (Quick Locks, Ultimate Supports, you name it, this was the best solution. Only wish I'd discovered it first.
