It's Lexel. I put that stuff on everything.
Seriously, this stuff really is the duct tape of sealers. Except it's better than that. Duct tape is what you reach for when you don't have time to do it right. Most of the time I'm reaching for Lexel, it's because I want to do it right. It's nice to have one sealant for a bunch of purposes. I live in a 200-yr old house with a barn we just redid. We sealed up all around the base of the barn to keep splashing back water from reaching the posts. Works great. One note: we had to reseal after we sprayed it with oil-based wood sealer. Whoops. If you're going to spray it with something afterward, go water-based if you can. It just got sticky and didnt' hold its shape like ti did before the spray.

Gotta work FAST
Stuff is really sticky and VERY clear. Great as far as all that goes. For the most part seems to have no issues although it's only been a month. One word of caution however, please make sure you work fast. I was caulking around some windows on my camper with it. Got done with one edge (maybe 2 feet long) and moving at a normal speed. When I went back to smooth it out, had already started flashing off and creating a skin. So instead of a nice smooth bead, I was left with a rough one. Not the end of the world of course, just make sure you either work fast or do small areas and then smooth, or just lay the bead down and leave it.

I was introduced to this product by a port engineer. This stuff works way better than regular silicon. Keep in mind though, clean your excess A.S.A.P.! When it cures, it's extremely difficult to clean up any squeeze out. Very good sealer! 👍

it is just a really good product
We buy this for our busyness consistently. It work on concrete wood pretty much everything. it is mostly used here for for concrete.

Great product
Cures in below freezing tempuratures. What kind of nasa space tech caulk Is this? 😊 works great around sinks. Definitely a great product for those bathroom projects!
