I have had some very nice laptops that cost thousands of dollars. I also own a high-end Lenovo but this is my go-to. The Fiesta Red color is stunning. Boots up quickly, nice feel to the keys, track pad is responsive and the the screen is crystal clear yielding sharp, vibrant images. I don't need as much out of a laptop like I used to (I am retired), but I teach English in South America and do lots of very complex PowerPoints. You can run multiple screens simultaneously with videos, easy to splice, computer does not "hang" at all. We Chromebook lovers know how great Google OS is...excellent security, updates only require a re-boot, on-line and hard drive storage, excellent stability. Chromebooks have come a long way and are biting into the regular laptop market and this one may surprise you. The metal casing is protective and sturdy. Screen is versatile and opens fully to tablet form. Touchscreen is excellent...what else can I say. I will update if I run into any problems but at this point I have no issues. Before breaking the bank on a "regular" laptop (and then you are stuck with Microsoft Windows and the crazy updates that don't recognize your peripherals, screw up your drivers and generally suck), check out a good Chromebook. You will save lots of money and get a better machine with a better operating system that looks nice and performs.

i was in the market to find a cheaper laptop simply to use as my asset management device, so when i seen the Chromebook come on sale I couldn't have been more excited, especially from a name like Samsung. it does exactly everything i need it to do and I am able to trade assets on the go without using my mobile phone.note: sometimes Chrome can show buggy drop-down menus on pages, simply open your page in incognito mode and this should fix your issues. example: Coinbase drop down menus are sometimes buggy, incognito fixes this and is more private anyways 👍

This Chromebook is the best one I have had—it is the fourth one I have owned. The speed is great, and I love that it is a touch screen. The screen folds completely back to create a large tablet. The price was a big factor in the purchase. All in all, I love this computer!

The wifi hardware broke in less than a year. 11 months under minimal usage. Many power washes, software reboots and reinstalls could not resolve it.Seems like the hardware could be overstressed in such small packaging as the fan would turn on even when it was not doing any processing.

I've had this Chromebook for just over a year now. I love it except...Friction from the hinge between the keyboard and screen has caused something inside the screen that holds it together to snap. Whenever I open or close the Chromebook the front and back of the screen separates and I have to try to hold it all together. Right now I've had the computer opened up to tablet mode for several days now as it's not safe to work the hinge. Still usable, but not as it's meant to be.

Love this laptop. As you can see I've already decorated it. (Got the stickers from amazon) the laptop works great! Super easy to set up. Display is great. And I love the red color and lightness of it. I can carry it with me to school and not feel weighed down. 10/10

This is a very nice Chromebook. It is easy to use. The picture is very sharp. Great Buy!!

Love the color, the size, and ease to set up! Didn't like the blue plastic credit card size item taped to the box as I didn't know what it was. Had to Google that. It a free thumb drive that I was told not to put it for fear of malware.
