How deep are the dinner plates?

They are very nice size plates not sure how to answer the depth part they are made very well I use them daily have no issues.

It says they are microwave safe but are they oven safe?

I believe they are. However, I don't remember for sure to what temp they would be safe in. I think 400 degrees, not positive.
