Easy to cut, Doesn't chip, somewhat flexible. Its perfect and has a very OE look and finish

Simple material to make nice work
Relatively easy material to handle, though it did come in with one corner slightly damaged, but did not affect my build. Overall the ABS is easy to cut, rigid enough to make a solid grill with minimal support and inexpensive enough to make it a viable option to use.
