I believe that this collar is meant for juveniles. It's thinner than a medical grade one. The size caused me to choke as it was too narrow. The strap to close it was sewed on the wrong side. It continuously scratches your neck

Avoid this product it’s garbage
garbage. Cheap Chinese garbage that’s way too small for American necks just in general Chinese people are tiny and we are not an average person. Could never wear this. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid.

Comfy
This neck brace is so comfortable and worth the money. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and this brace helped so much and I do recommend buying this one for sure

Not the best purchase. Will be returning.
I'm sure this might be better for someone with a shorter neck. I did get the 2.5 inch but honestly don't thing the 3 inch would have been much better. I just felt like it was choking me. Other than the size the material wasn't that comfortable. I don't think it would have been something that I would have enjoyed wearing for a long time. It was kind of itchy. Not recommending but I will say if you have a shorter neck and need something quick this might be a good temporary help but nothing long term.
