I am female and purchased 7mm sleeves in 2014, large (36-39cm). looks like the size ranges are bit different for 5mm. should i buy lg or med?

Yes they do help touring, hills and uneven surfaces/hiking. Also, use the for softball.

Not a pair you need to purchase two... A little pricy I know but you can't put a price tag on healthy knees
