KETOTEK Energy Meter Single Phase Din Rail Built-in CT

I've used a lot of these now and I can't fault them at all. Being in the trade and installing heat pumps and a/c for a living, these come in very handy. Originally bought as a gadget for a hot tub I had at home to compare between an electric heater and hot tub heat pump for running costs. Worked so well I've started using them in customers houses now. Easy to read, easy to install and so far can't complain in terms of quality or reliability and I'm sure I would have heard back from unsatisfied customers by now. They're not a DIY install as you need electrical training/experience to work on any fuse board etc but they're not difficult to install at all. Terminals bite securely, no lose threads or wrung threads etc. Buying more for another job as I write this. Value for money

Bright, easily read display, though the current reading seems inaccurate when you work it out from watts/voltage (I believe this was mentioned in an earlier review).

I am well impressed with these little units. The digits are very easy to read and it appears accurate. In particular it surpasses all the other plug in units which are often difficult to read especially in inaccessivle places and which are practically useless in the absence of a battery as their readings are los as soon as unplugged or if the power fails. These units retain cumulative energy usage and can also be reset manually when required.I bought two to make up my own energy monitors and needed a housing for them. Initially I bought two ASHATA 3 module consumer unit boxes. They are rubbish, flimsy, difficult to open and far larger than advertised so they are going back. In their place I bought two Wylex ESE2 enclosueres which are good looking and very sturdy boxes which will make perfect housings. Bet bit - they are only £3.55 each - incredible!! A bit of work fitting plugs/wantering sockets and I shall have two first rate energy monitors.

Coloured digits make reading the numbers easy.

Easy to install on a DIN rail (if you don't know what a DIN rail is then you probably shouldn't be trying to install something like this), lots of info, easy to read, easy to reset. Accuracy? Who knows but no reason to suspect it's not accurate.

Very easy to fit. Fitted into "Wylex ESE2 Insulated Electrical Circuit Breaker Enclosure". This was modified with a small bit of filing.

Despues de 12 años de uso, ha dejado de funcionar mi medidor Ketotek, me mide parcialmente por que un condensador ha calentado el cable plano qye lleva en su interior, tenia el sencillo, sin contador.Ahora he comprado el superior, wue tiene contador, y va perfectamente, facil de instalar y con instrucciones. Medicion exacta. Recomiendo el producto. El tamaño viene a ser tres magnetotermicos DPN.Es muy facil de instalar no necesita ser electricista pero si debe mantener unas medidas de seguridad, desconecte la electricidad del ICP o del Termico general de entrada. Mida que no haya corriente y siga las instrucciones de montaje. Puede pasar por el orificio tanto la fase como el neutro, solo uno. Tiene que alimentar desde el termico de alumbrado 10A con cable de 1.5mm el medidor Ketoket, en el tornillo 1 fase, en el 2 neutro. Si la instalacion es antigua puede ponerlo en cuadro ICP. Si es mas moderna en su cuadro y si no cabe, en uno exterior encima del cuadro. Pude ponerlo delante o detras del diferencial pero siempre protegido por delante de un termico y su alimentacion al de 10A.espero wue le pueda servir a slguien mi explicacion.

Utilidad

L'apparecchio appare di buona qualità ed offre prestazioni allineate alla descrizione. Di facile installazione ed impatto visivo, sempre ben leggibile. Estremamente utile per la gestione efficace della potenza elettrica installata e la prevenzione di distacchi improvvisi per supero del limite. Si spera che le sue buone caratteristiche si mantengano inalterate nel tempo.

These work excellent. I track KWh for billing energy usage in my office. It is accurate and matches my Fluke meter in all respects and does not cost 5,000. Nice to have permanent mount... I mounted them (2) in a box external to the power panel. I like the Din rail installation. Very clean
