Product arrived earlier than expected and is a perfect fit for my 2020 ES350, it looks like it is from the factory, clean looking finish. The installation was amazingly very easy and took about 5 minutes with no wires to run, just plug it into the connectors and you're good to go after installing the app and connecting to the camera's wi-fi. You only need to connect to the wi-fi to view or download the videos to your phone, no need to be connected all the time. The camera will automatically start when you turn your engine on and will stop when you turn it off. The quality of the picture is amazing and the field of view is fairly wide, the seller is also very helpful as they were being proactive in giving me tips even though I did not need the help, that is true customer service. I'm very happy with the product and the follow up from the seller.

Amazing product. Perfect OEM style fit with no additional wiring. Easy install. Couldn't ask for more. Video quality is good enough to read license plates when close to a car. Did not try night time driving yet. Downloading from the app to your phone to save the files is slower, but you can easily browse and play all videos on your phone very quickly and pick the one you need on the app, and they give you a free usb and usb-c card reader that you can use to quickly look at them if needed.

I was kinda skeptical about installing the camera on my brand new Lexus because it involved doing electrical stuff & removing & replacing OEM parts & I've been known to break things. Not the case with this camera. Everything went without a hitch & at one point I thought I might be stuck so I wrote the manufacturer a message & they responded within a couple hours. I was wrong, I figured it out a minute after I sent the email, but after the install, which took me about 15-20 mins (that includes vacuuming my car), I was sitting in my Livingroom thinking about how happy I was with the product, their response came in & that blew me away because it hadn't even been 4 hours, much less 24 hours. Very happy with the product formatted a 256gig memory card with the camera & it works great. Love the product & love the way it looks . . . . . . like the car was made that way! With the camera built in. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This has got to be the worst dashcam out there. Looks great no wires but the operation of this dash cam is absolutely horrible. It takes for ever to connect to WiFi and most of the times it never connects. You have to launch the app on your phone and connect the dash cam each time you get in the car. The files do not download, the only time you can see the file, if you’re sitting in the car and only if the WiFi is connected. I expected better dashcam for $170 I paid for this dashcam.

Installation steps are pretty simple except one needs to figure out first where inside the plastic cover to place new cables as there is not much space.Once installed I was not able to connect to the camera wifi - after entering the password provided the connection could not be established. I used a chat on the Fitcamx website and got pretty much immediate support (which is cool). The issue ended up being that for T-mobile customers (hard to believe) the cellular signal somehow interferes with the WiFi signal, which does not allow for the WiFi connection to the camera. Indeed, after placing my phone in Airplane mode and enabling WiFi, it was possible to connect to the camera over WiFi and use the app.=> This installation issue is not mentioned in the User Manual, one has to reach out to customer support to figure this out :(Turning the cellular data back on caused a disconnect from WiFi and thus no access to the camera.I hope this issue will be fixed soon in the future firmware update.

Frankly, I was tired of dashcams hanging from suction cups and falling, usually at inopportune times.The one-piece idea was a stroke of genius, it is cleaner and simpler, and no power supply is needed.The front camera installation is quick and simple and only takes a half hour if you're having a bad day.The rear is not bad but you do have to get past body panels to get the wire above the headlinerThe video quality is excellent and easy to access on the app.My only issue with the app has been the wifi causes an issue with Android Auto. AA looks to the internet for directions and if the camera wifi is connected AA can't seem to shift over from wifi to network. Disconnect from the wifi and all is fine

This camera is excellent and fitment is excellent. The quality of videos are excellent and have had no problems connecting them using android or iOS devices.Mine has a major problem with the Micro SD card slot. The memory card is stuck and doesn't come out. The sliding mechanism doesn't work.

if you didn't know I added this, you would never know it was not a Lexus factory option.the camera bezel that cam with the camera fits & looks exactly like the one it replaces, and hides the camera.GREAT OPTION
