As far as seeds go, this package has 20 grams of seeds which converts to 0.705 ounces. The whole package itself weighs 0.85 ounces.

How many estimated seeds per pack?

There are over 420 seeds in the packet. It's twice as much as in some of our other factory packaged seeds of the same type.

Why cant these seed be delivered to my house ?

I'm not sure why. We, through Amazon, ship thousands of seeds every month to houses all over the United States. We simply use the address you have listed in Amazon and the delivery should be no different than any other Amazon order. To see why there are delivery problems you will need to contact Amazon customer service directly. The problem should have nothing to do with the seeds.

Is there an instruction in English?

These are authentic Thai seeds so the packaging is mostly in Thai. If there were instructions on the package, they would be for how to grow them in a completely different climate. Consequently, you will need to do an online search on "How to grow Chinese Water Spinach" and you will get hundreds of good instructions and tips, including a lot of videos on how to grow these in North America. How you grow these will depend a lot on where you live. To get them to germinate, you need to soak them in water for at least 24 hours. It is also helpful to get them growing in an enclosed chamber that stays warm and moist. These are sub-tropical aquatic plants and need warmth and moisture to thrive.
