I purchased a pair of personalised martini glasses for a friends birthday.Only one arrived so I contacted the company who agreed to send the second (I say agreed, but the message did make me feel like a bad customer for contacting them and expecting this!).The second arrived and I put it away until I saw my friend.The point of wrapping them was the first time that I had actually put them together. They weren't a pair! The martini glasses were different weights - subtle but different. The font was the same but a different size!When I contacted the company they told me that because each item is a custom item I shouldn't have expected to receive two the same. As I ordered two at the same time I had expected to receive a pair, at the same time.What I received were two perfectly good personalised martini glasses, whereas what I had hoped to receive was a pair of matching personalised martini glasses.
