Looking at the ingredients… it seems like a solid foundation. Everyone has opinions on what you should take… but any are better than none. The serving size quantity is ridiculous… but we’re using it 4-6 weeks at a time. So it’s not bad

Was running some gear and my kidneys and liver were not happy. My buddy recommend Defend and after 2 weeks my blood came back normal again.
