Initially the comfort level got hard to get used to as it's a lot more firm that expected. But since I've slept on it, I have noticed my lower back has hurt much less (and I had been seeing a chiropractor due to back issues). Getting up out of bed is great, body does not ache. It has been a little over a month of sleeping on it and I am happy with the purchase.I would recommend this to anyone, however everyone is different. Do your research and make a decision based on your wants/needs.

I was seriously skeptical about buying a bed online and read so many reviews on other mattresses that looked great but turned out to really crappy. I took a chance on this mattress and man let me tell you I don’t regret my decision at all! It is a big on the firmer side but that honestly isn’t bad for me. You’ll still be comfortable and it took a couple nights for my body to adjust but then it’s been magic ever since . I woke up actually refreshed for the first time in IDK how long ! I’m having knee surgery soon and this was definitely a life saver! Best purchase ! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for better quality sleep

EDIT: so the bed is wayyyy to firm. I did give it a fair shot. Moving it down to a one star because I reached out to get a topper for the bed to actually make it plush and they were not able to give a discount or anything. Now I’m stuck with a bed that’s to hard and I have to pay another $200 for a topper. I regret this this purchase 100%3/8/22- just a reminder that this is still the worst bed I’ve ever slept on, I wake up in morning feeling like 100 years old and in tears because my body hurts so bad. My topper hasn’t come in yet but I’m PRAYING it fixes this torture machine they call a bed. I’ve been to jail before and the beds there are luxurious compared to this horrific thing. DO. NOT. BUY!So the picture was taken after 2 hours out of the package. It looks fully inflated now but no pics since I already put linens on it. The bed was easy to unwrap and set up, I slept on it after only 8 hrs of inflating. It expanded beautifully, I did help it along with steaming the edges and jumping on it to get air going through it which is recommended on the Zinus website. The edge support is amazing, the quality is amazing. It is pretty firm. I took a star off bc I don’t understand where the plush part is. I was hoping for a little more plush BUT it still is very comfortable. I think I’m going to give it a week to see if I’m going to buy a topper for it. It’s only been 2 days so my body is still adjusting. I’m a side sleeper and weigh 115, I have noticed my hips don’t hurt like In my old bed so they must be sinking in enough not to hurt… I’ll give an update in a week!

For the price of this mattress it’s almost like a steal. Package arrived in good condition. Only took 6 hours to expand but over the next day or so it got to full size. Very high, and comfortable mattress. I fall asleep so fast on this mattress and stay asleep.

Initial arrival, opened and full size was achieved within minutes. Waited 72hrs before first use and slept quite well.Have owned about 6 months and already it is starting to sag in the center. It is in NO way cooling as where you sleep gets very warm...great in the winter I suppose.

As the mattress expanded, I became more and more pleased with it. It’s firm yet has a gentle give to support my body with comfort. For the $$ I give it 5🌟. Mattresses have become outrageously expensive and when you’re on a tight budget; it becomes a real tough decision between your wallet and your back. Both could break. I’m very happy so far👍👍

This is my second Zinus bed purchase. This was purchased for my daughter’s bed and she wanted a more plush bed than my firm. So I went with this one. It states it is a medium. I would said it is actually more firm than expected. She agreed. I thought she would complain about how hard it is. Nope. Go in there and she is spread across the bed passed out. So happy with this purchase.

Great comfort for the price. This matress is a good buy. I bought 2 for my grandkids they love them.
