JETechScreen Protector for iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone 7 Plus 5.5-Inch, Tempered Glass Film, 2-Pack

I got this screen protector after getting tired of the crappy plastic grime-magnet screen cover that comes with the Otterbox Defender case. (I will ONLY use Otterbox Defender cases for my iPhone... I sell cars and I’m always taking my phone in and out of my pocket when I’m on the lot or in the shop and I drop my phone A LOT on cement and blacktop and Otterbox cases have been the ONLY thing that protects my phones that I’ve had over the last ten years.) So I replaced the crappy screen protector that comes with the Otterbox Defender case with this screen protector. Easy to install. Had it on my phone - no bubbles like the film style protectors, no issues, no problems. Clean look, beautiful... just like how an iPhone looks without a screen protector on it. Touch response on the screen was excellent, just like an iPhone without a protector. Then one day three weeks ago, I dropped my phone in the shop, but this time, it landed on some uneven concrete near the alignment bay... basically if you can envision a small rock sized bit of concrete jutting up from the ground, and my phone falling screen down centered right on top of it, you’ll know there was nothing my Otterbox case could do - the concrete mini-mountain jammed into my screen. I was PISSED. The way it looked, I figured my screen was broken underneath the screen protector, so I waited to take the screen protector off - until today. I looked closer at my phone and saw that the “lines” spidering out from where the rock had hit the screen protector didn’t actually continue along the millimeter of bare phone screen between the edges of the Otterbox and the JetTech screen protector. I thought, “Woah what? Could it be?” So I gently pried the screen protector off (used my fingernail to gently pull it up, and no stickiness or residue on the phone screen by the way) - and I kid you not: MY PHONE SCREEN WAS PERFECTLY INTACT!!! After my initial shock wore off within a couple minutes, I immediately used my perfectly protected phone to hop on here to write this review. (And I rarely ever write reviews.) Spending $5-6 on this screen protector saved me from spending another $800-1000 on a new phone. And I still have the second screen protector it came with since it’s a two pack. You can guess what I’ll be putting on my phone’s screen right away after I’m done writing this review. ;) THANK YOU JETTECH!!! BEST SCREEN PROTECTOR IN THE WORLD!!!

These have held up quite well, and have saved my phone screen from many drops. They are easy to apply, the cut outs line up perfectly, and they feel really good when using the phone.

TL;DR - would recommend, great value, easy to apply, little to no bubbling.FULL REVIEW:Wow! I really like the set of ... accessories(??)... provided with this. This comes with 2 screen protectors, 2 lint-free cleaning cloths, 2 adhesive lint/dust uh, picker-uppers, and 4 adhesive tab/guides for applying the screen protector.For my first attempt, I did it per the instructions using the screen guides and everything. I wiped my phone really well, cleaned it with a little rubbing alcohol (not called for in the instructions but I wanted to make sure), and used the blue stickers to pick up any lint and dust. I have never seen those provided with a screen protector, but they are a great idea and worked perfectly.Next, I applied the adhesive tabs to opposite sides of the screen protector, removed the backing, and attempted to lay it down. It went down great except for a quarter-sized bubble in the middle right of the screen. I tried smoothing it several times to no avail.Finally, with very clean hands and using my nails as much as possible, I removed the protector and attempted to reposition it. I slowly laid it down and, while not perfect, this time it adhered from the center outward.In the end, it adhered perfectly to my phone minus only the smallest bubble in the upper left corner, away from the usable screen area. It seems to be more fingerprint-avoidant than my previous $50 screen protector that T-Mobile tricked me into purchasing by saying it “came with the phone” (implying they had some sort of deal offering free accessories). It also covers more screen than the old protector, which had a large cutout at the top to leave both cameras and the speaker entirely unprotected. This one has a cutout over/around the camera/speaker locations only so that the glass directly surrounding the speaker and cameras is still protected. I took a selfie of the coverage so hopefully you can sort of make out what I’m describing. Either way, I am glad I bought it and would recommend!
