Great Strap/Harness
I've been playing the baritone sax for many years and the horn only seems to get heavier as I get older. This is the best strap/harness I've found. Unlike a sax harness, this strap/harness allows the instrument to be positioned in a nature position as if you were using a regular sax strap around your neck. The weight is distributed with wide well designed strap resting on each shoulder, While it is true that the strap/harness does not fit easily in a case, I simply position the strap on top of the horn so I can close the case without any issues. I consider this a minor issue to deal with and trade off is a great strap that will save your neck and allow you to play the horn in a very, very natural playing position. It works well for me and it just might be the strap for you too.

Great support for your saxophone.
I love these harness. This is the fifth sax harness I bought and tried. It is great. Fits well. Hardly slips on your shoulders. It carries the weight of the horn and not your neck. I use it every day.

Harness That's Worth the Price!
I've been using this harness with my tenor sax for almost 2 years now and love it. I've also just started to use it with my new bari sax, and it's also working great. I've tried tons of different possibilities including other harnesses, a variety of neck straps, and 3-point harnesses that look like the Jazzlab Saxholder. This is the best option by far. I've had neck problems after a car accident so pressure on my neck isn't an option. This harness has metal in the shoulder straps that almost act like springs to help hold up the instrument. Unlike the one that's like the Jazzlab Saxholder, this won't slip off your shoulders. Another great feature is that the instrument clip is on a strap that can swing to the left or right, unlike other ones that are fixed in the middle of your chest. While it is a little pricey, it's definitely worth it.

Very Bulky!
I saw this at the NAMM show (trade show) and I thought it was cool. But when I tried it at home, I found that it is (1) Very bulky to carry around to gigs, as it contains stiff material that will not fit in a case; (2) The stiff parts that go over the shoulders need to be perfectly fitted to your body; this takes some work to get it exactly right. If you don't get it right, they will stick out awkwardly when you take the saxophone off. I think this might be good for someone who is playing only one heavy instrument, like a baritone or bass sax. But it does not work for me, as I double on many woodwind instruments.

Should have been listed as "open box"
I wanted to give it 3 1/2 stars. I have a very heavy P Maurait Bari and after some work adjusting this sholder harness it really takes a load off of my neck. I switch between Bari and Tenor on stage and I'm still working on that adjustment. My problem with this is that it was obviously returned by someone else. The shoulder straps were bent in the wrong direction. Most other outlets would have marked it down as "opened box".

Works fairly well
I got this product to reduce the neck pain I had from my vertical bass flute (caused by a traditional neck strap). It is bulky, but does the trick, as long as I maintain healthy posture. Not sure how I can travel with this in a smaller suitcase, however.

Wie lange lässt es sich noch laden.
Sehr umständlich anzuziehen. Nach erstem Laden lässt Ladung immer schneller nach.

Easy to use, minimal load on the shoulder, smart design.
I was also looking to Balam strap which also has hard curved straps on both sides of the neck therefore the weight is evenly distributed on these straps without using the neck area, although this one has the chest strap to take some of the load, rather than Balam that leaves 100 percent of the load on those two rigid curved straps which means you would feel more load on your shoulders. With this one, the load feels quite comfortable and manageable on the shoulders for tenor saxophone. The addition of the chest strap may seem less minimalistic compared to Balam strap (make it look more like the saxophone harness) but it is way better than saxophone harness because I can push on my right thumb and adjust the position of the saxophone vertically because it has a much greater range of motion rather than with a conventional harness you are stuck with the hook being attached to the centre of the strap so it barely has a range of motion. Plus, with the conventional harness, the shoulder strap part is not rigid, therefore you feel more weight on top of your shoulder, rather than with this one since the shoulder straps are rigid, the force shifts further back and more evenly along the bigger portion of the shoulder straps therefore you feel less weight overall and more comfortable to handle it in much longer playing sessions. I tried quite a few options and I think this one is the best I found to cater comfort and elevating stress on neck and even shoulder, have great range of motion to not compromise the performance, and simple enough (not like Vandoren Universal Harness that is a bit complicated but doesn't ease off the load as much as this one).
