Anodized Aluminum Extended Mag Release Lever for Ruger 10/22 (Black)

Great little mag release lever. Much better than the short stock one. Took about 5 minutes to install it. Has a very very tiny amount of side to side movement. No big deal. Works great and very easy to use. Does not interfere with the bolt hold open lever. But I modified mine to be a auto bolt release. Seems well made. Worth the few dollars to make mag release easier.

Works great on my 2026 10/22 but interferes with the bolt hold open on my old model. Easy install. After a few trips to the range this upgrade operates perfectly. Seems high quality and not sure what a more expensive version's actually going to bring to the table.

I would give this a five star if the color coating was better, it wares off pretty easy, showing the raw aluminum underneath. As far as the install, easy and fits right, thumbs 👍, right there under the trigger guard making it much faster than stock, it will make a 10 round stock mag literally pop out, no more hassleing with the oem mag release and mag like you have to do time from time.

This thing is great! Installation takes all of 5-10 minutes, even if you haven't taken apart your 10/22 before. Feels durable and higher quality than the plastic mag release paddle that comes with the gun. It's thick enough that it doesn't flex at all either. Other reviews mention that there is a little bit of side-to-side play but it's no more than the OEM paddle already has. Mag changes are much easier with this lever, as you can easily manipulate the lever with your trigger finger by just sliding it down from the trigger guard. Also looks pretty cool in my opinion. A great value for the money, and kind of a no-brainer at this price.

This was a great magazine release upgrade from the original on the 10/22. You have a choice of colors, easy installation and it’s aluminum for durability and looks great. The price was reasonable compared to the plastic ones. Good deal!

Drop in fit on the Ruger 10/22 BX trigger pack, makes for easier magazine release of you don't mind mags dropping free. You have to do a somewhat awkward two-handed thing if you want to retain your mag but it might just take some getting used to compared to the standard release where you use the same hand to actuate the release and grab the mag. Seems to be the same design and shape as similar items by specialty US-based companies like Kidd which somehow cost 5X more and are a pain to import into Canada. Quality seems totally adequate. I will revise if I have any problems.

Easy install and a great fit. I will be buying another one foe my other 10/22.

Fits perfectly, ejects magazines extremely smoothly, zero wiggle, extremely easy to install. Extremely happy how it fit with my MDT Oryx stock
