We like that the gate was not very bulky looking, like a lot of others are. It was easy enough to install and has not needed any adjustments yet. We have had it up for about six months now. (we purchased a second one because we were so satisfied with the first)

I love that the gate is metal and not wood, it will last virtually last forever. We bought to keep puppy downstairs and it is pretty perfect. Very easy to open and close, I have arthritis and I can easily open and close the gate. This is a great purchase and I would recommend to anyone.

Missing parts and the large extention is what missing parts and it isn't the same color as the rest. I tried emailing and no response. Can't even use it 😕

I love this gate. I fits perfectly at stairs in a room that has a lot of wood trim, so it blends nicely. It’s light so it’s easy to lift and open. Sturdy enough to block my kid and my dog from the stairs!

I can’t say if it’s sturdy. Still trying to put it together.Can’t anyone write up decent instructions anymore?Frustrated!! Hubby is working on it now. He agrees with me. Terrible instructions!!!

This is a cheaply made gate with terrible customer service. After two months of use, the gate stopped locking automatically. I reached out to the customer service, they asked for a video and instructed me to remove the gate, reinstall it and tighten a hidden screw without doing so. I did all that and they asked for my address to ship a new one. Another agent then emailed me and asked me to "Please try tightening and loosening the tension knobs play around a little and that will most likely correct the issue." I "played around" quiet a bit, told them it did not fix the issue. They insisted "9 out of 10 times this corrects the issue you are experiencing." A couple weeks later, the gate won't even stay open. Waste of time and money.

If you need to use the double bar extension piece, it does not fit into the gate-not even close. I had to trim both sides with a table saw and hammer it in. I know it's not just a defect because I bought 3 gates at once and all are like that. If you don't need the extension it's fine but the finish scraps off easily.
