Garmin Forerunner 55, GPS Running Watch with Daily Suggested Workouts, Up to 2 Weeks of Battery Life (Black)

As expected from the Garmin, pretty good especially the battery backup, i haven't charged yet, it came out of the box with 90%, i have been walking and running and other activities like breath, HIIT(high-intensity interval training), past 4 days i have not take it off this watch from my wrist, still battery 49%. i do own apple watch series 6 Nike Edition but need to charge every day for sure and if i ran more than 6K or 7K in day, it will drain pretty soon, thats why i took this and heart rate also very good, which similar to polar heart strap. finally it's a Sport watch not completely smart watch but it has some of the smart watch features, like getting notifications but in one way you can't give reply from the watch, just you can see.

It has everything you need from a fitness watch. Don't expect smartwatch features from a fitness watch. If you want smartwatch look somewhere else. Any Garmin is a gr8 fitness watch. Excellent battery life. Rugged design. Very Accurate data. Sensors are very very precise. Sleep tracking, VO2 max, Heart Rate, Breathing data are gr8, Body Battery stats are okaish, workout monitor and analysis are excellent and in gr8 details. The cost aa shown 20990 is actual price and not discounted price.

Moved from Garmin Vivosport to Garmin Forerunner 55. Found the design very attractive, gives a smartwatch look. Built is excellent. Tracking is awesome as is expected from the Garmin house. GPS also connects very quickly. Good price range in case confused between Forerunner 45 vs Forerunner 245 starting range. Not used the training suggestions yet

Great watch for recording your exercises, specially running, battery performance is superb. I use GPS while running for 5K five times a week and battery runs for around two weeks. GPS accuracy is perfect.

Pro's:- Tough & Sturdy, No lacking while tracking gps, accurate gps data, average battery life, water proof and yes you can go for pool swimming but not open water.Con's:- Alert mode on every Kilometre while running shows 1 as a screen shot for few seconds and not the exact km completed (However background interface shows accurate km, pace, time and other data as you have set in setting. It doesn't have strength workout. Little bit pricey compared to the features you get.Note:- This watch is not a screen touch but use 5 navigation button provided both on left and right side of the watch. Must have if you're a hardcore runner.
