We have had ours since December, and it hasn't eaten ANY of the meat in our house, so I am going to guess it is indeed vegan!

The arm of the chair broke and is under warranty still. How do I submit a claim?

Try contacting them to amazon, see if that helps.

Where can I get replacement parts, I need a new t bar(the bar that supports the back to the base)

Hi dear, It can be replaced, please contact the our customer service team as soon as possible, feel free to contact us via Amazon: Find the product item--click "Sold by Soontrans Direct"(on the top right side of the page)---Ask a question.Once we receive your email, we will arrange it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Which way do the footrest holders go? The instructions say to note the direction but there is nothing to indicate a front or rear.

Hi dear, the shapes of the holes on both sides of the footrest holders are different, one side is round, and the other side is round with irregularity. The irregular hole is mounted towards the front of the chair. If you have any further questions, please contact us again. Thank you.
