Tastes just like any other ordinary pasta. The fact it has more protein is just an added bonus! Sure it costs a bit more but in a world of so much unhealthy additives to our food - this is worth it to me.

’ve bought this a few times now because it’s one of the only “protein pastas” my kids will actually eat without noticing a difference. It tastes way closer to regular pasta than chickpea pasta does, and the texture stays good even as leftovers. We use it for spaghetti, baked pasta, and mac and cheese style dinners. I also like that it adds a little extra protein without having to totally change what we normally eat. Definitely worth trying if you want an easier healthier swap that still feels like normal pasta.

These were very good. I browned mushroom, onions and an orange pepper. I tell you what, I under cooked ( aldente) then put in caramalized veg and mixed, really was so delicious! And protein to boot!

On the downside, it can become soft if you overcook it even slightly, so you have to keep an eye on the pot. A few pieces were broken in the package too. Overall, it’s an affordable, reliable pasta that works well for everyday meals!

As we all know prices are going up everywhere. This pasta has protein and fiber, we add veggies and turkey sausage chunks for a delicious dinner. When I order this with subscribe & save, it's a better deal than many store brands with far less nutrition than this Barilla pasta. I love this al-dente w basil and peas, it's hearty and healthy.
