This is my first time using a pre-workout gummy but I do feel like this gave me a little bit of a natural feeling boost ahead of my workout.I liked that the gummies didn’t taste like candy like a lot of other vitamin gummies do.

Hilo's old preworkout gummies were the single best preworkout of any kind that I've ever used. I loved the convenience of the packets and my goodness were they effective! I had my best workouts ever using the old formula. This new formula is totally different. It is not exactly a pre-workout. I don't even bother with it before the gym (or I'll pop one gummy in addition to consuming one of the few remaining old-formula packets I have left for extra edge!). I find that taking two gummies really helps me to focus in on whatever project I'm undertaking at work or around the house, both mental concentration and stamina for manual labor. Example: I spent 7 hours on Sunday cleaning out my garage and storage room after taking these!! I will continue to purchase this product as a type of neuro-enhancer, kind of like this brand's old "game time" formula, but better! For me, though, it's primarily for household projects or for those afternoons when my energy and focus are wavering at my job. They *significantly* enhance my performance in those contexts and I'll continue to purchase them for that reason alone; but for me, they aren't much of a boost when I am lifting weights or boxing or on a run. Hilo, PLEASE bring the old formula back too. These new gummies are wonderful and have a great place in your lineup as a game-time enhancer, but not at the expense of your outstanding old formula as a pre-workout.Five stars for noticeably improving my focus and discipline, but I docked a star because I'm heartbroken that they replaced the original preworkout completely. [Edit, one month later: I've come around on this and started taking them before the gym as well, together with an alternative preworkout formula. The combo is INSANE, best workouts of my life, so I've bumped this up to 5 stars. I love Hilo.]

Tastes great but it doesn't give me boost during my workout.

Many years ago, Sam's club carried the Hilo pre-work out gummies in packets. Was addicted to them... but of course they stopped carrying them. Boo!! Found these and I liked the original better but they taste good and serve the purpose. I have to take 3 instead though to get the effect.

I didn't feel these gave me the energy boost I've come accustomed to from pre-workout drink mixes. I took 2 about 15 mins before my workout and while i pushed through it, I didn't feel like I was any more energized or anything. If you take pre-workout supplements you may have experienced the "tingle" or "itch" they give you when they really kick in and that didn't happen with these. I don't know if they really did anything. Maybe if these were my first time taking any pre-workout supplements they may have worked better but since I'm used to something else these didn't do it for me...

These are great. I am vegan and appreciate that these gummies are vegan and contain B12. I feel a burst of energy and brain fog lift every time I eat them. They also taste good.
