Awesome Fun Facts!
This is an awesome gift for someone born or married in 1969. There are several advertisements from the year as well as a tons on fun facts, sporting event winners, notable news events, statistics, film and music ratings....all kinds of fun information! This is more of a booklet with an envelope than a card. The inside cover is blank so that can be used to include sentiments if it is to be used as a card, but there is no greeting page, per se, as often expected in a greeting card.I will definitely seek more of these out in the future!

Exactly as described - Not a book! A booklet / birthday card!!
For some reason, I read "book" when I purchased yet rec'd a booklet. I am old enough to know the difference so for a sec I was a little bummed. Yet as I flip thru it, I realize how fun and appropriate this is!! I'll give it to my friend Jeni for her 50th this weekend. I anticipate the others at our party can sign the card before we give it to her and it's short enough to not read the entire card yet to flip thru and make it a conversation piece! I'm excited to pass this along!

Birthday booklet, not really a card
For a milestone birthday like the big 5-0 why not take a trip down memory lane! Fun facts and US centric reminders of what was happening that year. (Not ideal for other countries or languages.). Not a whole lot of room to write your own personal message but still a fun idea to celebrate.

great for trivia buffs
cute booklet. bought for my friend's 50th birthday and he loves trivia so he enjoyed reading through it. i gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have anyplace to write a message/birthday greeting - we had to write on the inside cover of the book. if its going to call itself a greeting card, there should be a space to write.

Remembering 1969
I bought this for a dear friend but found out she was born in 1968. Nevertheless, she enjoyed the card especially the quizzes. She learned a lot about 1969. I’m 11 years older & yearn to reminisce with someone who remembers “ back in the day” the card helped bridge the generation gap between us!
