James Anderson, undoubtedly is the best fast bowler in test cricket has seen. And I say this not because he was truly fast, but because he was a very intelligent fast swing bowler. The best. I love the guy's attitude, personality and skills. Perhaps no swing bowler could break his test record. Having said that, the book is definitely a good read. Thanks for all the entertainment you provided for so long Jimmy. You truly are a gem and my favourite Cricketer.

The need for links for areas of his career to enable the reader to follow the book is needed.

Most of my cricket heroes are batsmen, one or two are all rounders or wicket keepers and so it was a new departure for me to read a book from a fast bowler's point of view.I have to say it was really fascinating, not only to have a truly great fast bowler's perspective on a wonderful game but also to learn a little about the man himself.How wonderful to have built such an amazing career on natural talent and sheer hard work and how refreshing that there were no histrionics which are often associated with great sportsmen.Great respect to you James Anderson - from a Yorkshireman.
